The following is the list of team policies that all members are expected to abide by.  Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in possible suspension or termination from the team.
 

Meetings and Attendance
The team will be meeting twice a month (every other week) on a specified day to be voted on by team members.  If a member is unable to attend, he/she must notify one of the officers (President is preferred for first notification).  In the event that a majority of members are unable to attend a scheduled meeting, the meeting may be rescheduled to a more convenient time.  Failure to attend a meeting without prior notification (with the exception of extreme circumstances) is subject to the consequences above.
 

Street Racing
We will not acknowledge street racing practices as an accepted action of club members.  Due to the fact that there is a direct connection to the team and its sponsors, we cannot condone such actions.  If a member chooses to street race, and is caught, termination from the team and their portion of the sponsorship is immediate.  In the event that a member is questioned by any authority agency, any implication of the team will result in immediate termination of membership.
 

Car Appearance
Cars must maintain a clean exterior and interior.  Members will be required to display all club logos as designated by the officers.  Members will be able to choose the color scheme for their car but logo design must remain consistent.
 

Sponsorships
Lethal Motorsports is proud to serve its sponsors.  In return for the generosity of our sponsors, all cars for which each sponsorship applies must display the sponsors logo as designated.  If a sponsor requires that members attend a car show or other various functions, attendance will be mandatory exluding extenuating circumstances (which must be cleared with officers at least 72 hours in advance).  Failure to represent the sponsors and the team will result in disciplinary action and possible termination from the team.
